Because of the lack of rain so far this season we have started to include a prayer for rain, “Ve’aneinu”, in Shema Koleinu in the Shmoneh Esreh.
Rav Vilk will not give his usual shiurim this Shabbat.

The Asara B'Tevet fast starts Friday morning, January 10, at 5:28am and finishes at 5:17pm.

Hanukkah: The hanukkiah, donated years ago by the Rackovsky family, has been thoroughly cleaned and polished. Now, thanks to the support of the Rivlin family, it has a permanent shelf. See picture above.
