On Sunday evening, Rosh Hodesh Elul, Sept. 4, at 7:30pm, the Zinger family will hold an azkara for the shloshim for Rabbi Aaron Zinger. Members of the family and Rabbi Shlomo Vilk will speak. The public is invited.
The shiur in Moreh Nevukhim given by Dr. Eugene Korn will begin on September 7 at 8:00pm. It will meet every Wednesday evening in September and October (except for motzei Yom Kippur, October 12). Beginning this shabbat, we are discontinuing the guarding by members of the community. We will, however, continue to maintain the presence of the armed guard. An enormous thank you to Kalman Feinberg for his efforts. He will maintain the lists of those available in the event of future need.
