הצטרפו נא אלינו לשבתון השנתי. השנה בטבריה. נתחיל את סוף השבוע המרגש בסיור מיוחד בטבריה הרוֹמית ועוד אתר בעקבות הסנהדרין. נבלה שבת נינוחה יחד באכסניה היפה – Sea of Galilee HI Poriya. נהנה מארוחות שבת, משיעורים מעניינים, ומתפילות מעוררות השראה.

Dear Friends,

Join us on the annual Yael Shul Shabbaton, this time south of Tiberias. We'll start the weekend with a unique tour of Roman Tiberias and sites from the Sanhedrin period. We'll spend a relaxing Shabbat in the lovely Sea of ​​Galilee HI Poriya hostel. We'll enjoy festive Shabbat meals together, interesting lectures and inspiring tefilot.

פרשת וישב — שבת מברכין

  • אלישבע הוכבאום מזמינה את חברי הקהילה לקידוש לרגל הולדת הנכד החדש והודיה לרפואה ובריאות טובה. הקידוש יתקיים בשבת פרשת וישב לאחר התפילה במניין המתחיל ב-09:00 בערך ב-11:00.

  • Mazal tov to Rabbi Aaron & Pearl Borow on a big milestone: the engagement of their first great-granddaughter, Devorah Zimmerman, to Hillel Freiman. And another mazal tov to the Borows on the birth of a great-granddaughter to grandchildren Noam and Chana Borow.
  • Elisheva Hochbaum invites the members of Yael to a kiddush in honor of her new grandson and in gratitude for good health. The kiddush will be held this Shabbat after the 9:00am minyan, at approximately 11:00am. 
  • A message from Mimi Dickman — "Moshe and I would like to thank the shul, the members, and particularly Steve Zerobnick for the food, the outpouring, and the facilitation of Moshe's mother's shiva here in Israel. Returning to such kindness and support made the process much easier and softer. Thank you all so much."
  • Starting on Shabbat Parshat Vayeshev, we will restore the minyan for mincha gedolah at 1:15pm.
  • The general meeting of the Amutah of Beit Knesset Emek Refaim will take place on Motzei Shabbat Parshat VaYeshev 27/11/21 at 7:30pm in the Beit Knesset.   • Our Beit Knesset follows “Tav yarok” rules — admission restricted to those fully vaccinated or recovered from COVID. Unvaccinated children, other than those who have recovered from COVID, must test negative within 72 hours before coming to shul.
  • COVID rules: Wearing a mask is an obligation within our Beit Knesset. The mask must cover both your mouth and nose!
  • Contribute to the Keren Tzedakah.
