אסיפה כללית של חברי בית כנסת עמק רפאים

במוצאי שבת פרשת בלק, בי' בתמוז תשע"ט – 13.7.2019 בשעה 20:40 ,לאחר תפילת ערבית, תתקיים האסיפה הכללית השנתית של העמותה*. חשוב מאוד שכל חברי הקהילה ישתתפו באסיפה.

סדר היום:

  1. בחירת יו"ר ומזכיר האסיפה.
  2. סקירת פעולות השנה החולפת והצגת המאזן והדוח המילולי ע"י יו"ר הועד**.
  3. דיון בנ"ל ואישור האסיפה.
  4. הצגת דוח ועדת הביקורת ואישורו.
  5. אישור רו"ח אלן יריחובר לשנת 2019
  6. בחירת וועדת ביקורת.
  7. בחירת וועד.***
  8. הצעת תיקון לתקנון שיאפשר לחברי העמותה להיות מורשי חתימה גם אם אינם חברי הוועד.
  9. דיון בנושא חלוקת מקומות קבועים בבית הכנסת.
  10. דיון כללי

* על פי הנחיות רשם העמותות משתתפי האסיפה צריכים להיות חברי עמותה רשומים ולא רק חברי הקהילה ולכן יחולקו טפסי הרשמה לפני פתיחת האסיפה. ניתן גם להחזיר את הטופס המצורף פה למנחם זר-כבוד mzer@walla.co.il עוד לפני האסיפה. מי שכבר רשומים כחברי העמותה, על פי רשימה מצורפת, אינם צריכים להרשם שנית.

General Meeting of Members of “Beit Haknesset Emek Refaim”

On Motzaei Shabbat Parshat Balak – 10 Tamuz 5779– 13 July 2019 at 8:40pm, there will be a general meeting of the amuta (association).* The attendance of all members is important.

Agenda:

  1. Election of a chair and secretary of the meeting.
  2. Report on the past year and financial report.**
  3. Report by the Control Committee.
  4. Approval of the auditor’s report.
  5. Election of vaad.***
  6. Amendment of by-laws to allow the appointment of a member who is not a member of the vaad as a signatory for banking purposes
  7. Discussion regarding allocation of permanent seats.
  8. General Discussion.

Notes

*. The registrar of non-profit associations now requires that participants in the general meeting be not only members of the Kehillah but also be formally members of the Amuta. Registration forms will be distributed at the meeting. You can also print and return the form attached here to Menachem Zer-Kavod mzer@walla.co.il.

*** All members have the right to be candidates to serve on the Vaad. Please send nominations to michael.gillis@mail.huji.ac.il by July 10.

We regret to inform you of the passing in Toronto of Morty Posner's brother

The funeral took place in Toronto. Morty will return from Toronto on Tuesday afternoon this week and will continue sitting shiva at his home at 7 Masaryk St.

Shacharit: 7:00am
Mincha: 7:40 pm followed by Ma'ariv

Shiva will end Friday afternoon.
There will be no mincha minyan at the house on Friday.
