All are also invited to the ברית מילה, which should take place אי״ה on Tuesday morning (שחרית at 8:00am, brit at 8:30).

תרומות לקראת הימים הנוראים

במקביל לתרומות קמחא דפסחא, נוהגות לשכות הרווחה לחלק תלושי אוכל לקראת החגים. בדרך כלל משתדלים העובדים הסוציאליים להעניק ₪200-₪300 למשפחה לקראת החגים הבאים עלינו לטובה. למרות שאין מדובר בסכומים ניכרים הרי שזה בכל זאת משהו, והמשפחות מחכות בכיליון עיניים למענקים אלו. הלשכות תלויות בתרומות של אנשי חסד וקרנות צדקה כי אין להם סכומים מספיקים מן העיריה.נודה לכם על תרומתכם ביד רחבה, כדי לאפשר מתן המענקים ליותר ויותר משפחות נזקקות ולהדליק יותר אור ושמחה בחגים. ניתן לתרום באתר הקהילה פה באמצעות כרטיס אשראי ולציין "לשכות הרווחה". ניתן גם לתרום בהעברה בנקאית לחשבון קרן צדקה או במעטפה לתיבת הדאר בכניסה לעזרת הגברים.

ראויים הם ראש השנה ,יום הכיפורים וימי התשובה, שנרבה לתרום בהם לעזרת אלו שאין להם.

Holiday Donations

Similar to the donations of Kimcha Dapischa on Pesach, the city welfare agencies will distribute food coupons for the High holidays to families in need. The social workers try to give each family NIS 200-300 for the upcoming holidays. Although not a substantial amount, it is still something, and families eagerly await these grants. The bureaus are dependent on donations from individuals and charities because they don’t have adequate funds to distribute to all who are needy.

We thank you in advance for your generous donation to enable grants to more and more needy families, and ensure that more families have true holiday happiness.

You can donate at the Shul website via credit card here and specify "welfare bureaus", donate by bank transfer to our Keren Tzedakah account, or place an envelope in the mailbox at the entrance to the mens’ Shul.

Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, and the days of repentance, are worthy times to donate to those who are needy.
