- סקירת פעולות השנה החולפת על ידי יו"ר הועד.
- דו"ח ועדת בקורת.
- הצגת מאזן ודו"ח רווח והפסד לשנת 2011, דיון ואישור ע"י הגזבר.
- אישור רו"ח.
- בחירת ועד חדש ו-ועדת ביקורת.
- דו"ח מילולי.
- דיון כללי: על מקומות ישיבה, שונות, וכו'.
חברי בית הכנסת מתבקשים לבוא ולקחת חלק באסיפה הכללית.

On Saturday evening, after Shabbat Lech-Lecha, June 16, at 8:30PM, immediately following Maariv, there will be a general meeting of the Beit Knesset.
Agenda:
- Selection of chairman and secretary of the meeting.
- Overview of the year's activity by the chairman of the va'ad.
- Audit committee report.
- Presentation of financials: balance sheet and profit & loss statement for 2011, with authorization of the treasurer.
- Approval of the annual financial reports.
- Selection of the va'ad and audit committee.
- Additional report.
- General discussion: seats, etcs.
Members are urged to come and take part in the general meeting.
