• שנוי בסדר התפילה בשבתות ובחגים: לבקשת הקהל וכדי שילדים ישתתפו בשירת אנעים זמירות, הוחלט לדחות את אנעים זמירות לסוף התפילה.
• Mazal tov to Zehava and Daniel Taub on the marriage of their son Judah Shmuel to Leah, the daughter of David and Elissa Fein. Everyone is invited to kiddush following the services.
• Change in our tefillah on shabbat and chagim: at the request of many in the congregation, so that children will participate more, we are moving An'im Zemirot until the end of musaf.

הזמנת מקומות לימים הנוראים

• דמי חבר לשנת תשע"ד יהיו כדלקמן:
  • 400 ₪ למתפלל /ת
  • 800 ₪ לזוג
  • 1,200 ₪ למשפחה, מעל שני אנשים, לא כולל ילדים נשואים
• עלינו להדגיש, כי רוב המקומות בבית הכנסת רשומים על שם חברים קבועים. נשתדל למצוא מקומות למתפללים נוספים על בסיס מקום פנוי,לימים נוראים בלבד. חברים בעלי מקום קבוע מתבקשים להודיע לגבאים, אם יעדרו מתפילות בימים הנוראים באופן חלקי או מלא.

High Holiday Seating

• Annual dues for 5774 are:
  • ₪400 for an individual
  • ₪800 for a couple
  • ₪1,200 for a family of more than 2 people, not counting married children
  • We want to emphasize that, with the size of our Beit Knesset, most seats are assigned already to veteran members. We will try hard to accommodate everyone based on available space. Members with seats are requested to please notify the gabaim if they will not be in shul for all or part of the High Holiday davening.

• יש שיעור בין מנחה לערבית ע"י פרופ' עזריה ריין בנושא : "על התחלת החיים בדתות המונוטאיסטיות".
• There will be a class between mincha and maariv given by Prof. Azaria Rein of Hadassah Hospital on the subject of "When life begins, according to the monotheistic faiths".
• There will be an English-language Talmud class, taught by Elisha Gertner, one hour before mincha in the library.
