מתפללת מאוּמתת קוֹרונה

  • אילנה כ״ץ נמצאה מאומתת כחוֹלָה קורונה תוך כדי השבעה במשפחת כ״ץ.
  • לכן השבעה מעוברת לרחוב ראובן 16/4. ראו עדכונים פה.
  • מחוסנים מעל גיל 60 שהיו בקרבת 2 מטר ממנה במשך יותר מ-15 דקות חייבים לעשות בדיקת PCR. אלה שמחוסנים ומתחת לגיל 60 יכולים להסתפק בבדיקת אנטיג'ן ביתית מהירה. אם הבדיקה שלילית אין חובת בידוד למחוסנים ולמחלימים.

Confirmed COVID Case in Beit HaKnesset 

  • Our member Ilanah Katz has tested positive for Corona, during the shiva for Michael's mother.
  • Therefore the shiva is being moved to 16 Reuven Street, Apt. 4. Check here for updates.
  • Those over 60 who are vaccinated and who were in close contact with her (i.e. within 2 metres for over 15 minutes) must take a PCR test. Those under 60 and who are vaccinated can take a home rapid antigen test. If the test is negative there is no quarantine requirement for those who are vaccinated or recovered.

  • Another double mazal tov to Ruthie Rackovsky. The first simcha is the birth of a great-granddaughter born to Benny and Revaya Schwartz. Mazal tov to the grandparents Yoel and Shoshana Rackovsky. The second simcha is  the Bat-Mitzvah of Ruthie’s great-granddaughter, Shalva Yakira, the daughter of Ariel  and Yardena Bannett, and the granddaughter of Rena Bannett.
  • This coming Monday, 29 Shvat, January 31st, the Singer family will have a “shloshim” for their mother and grandmother, Sue ז״ל. The family will meet at the grave at 3:00pm. To help the family ensure a minyan, please RSVP if you plan to participate at the gravesite. For directions to the parking lot adjacent to the grave plot, use this link.     • הכניסה לבית הכנסת היא רק לבעלי תו ירוק.
    • יש לעטות מסכה המכסה גם את האף ואת הפה.
    • ילדים שלא התחסנו או שאינם בין המחלימים חייבים להישאר בחוץ ולא לעבור דרך המתפללים בפנים.
    • דלתות וחלונות צריכים להישאר פתוחים.
    • חברים הנמצאים בקבוצת סיכון גבוהה מתבקשים לשקול את האפשרות להתפלל בבית עד יעבור זעם.

  • With the current resurgence of COVID, we must all behave responsibly in strictly adhering to guidelines.
  •   Entrance to shul requires a valid green pass / tav yarok.
  •   A mask covering both mouth and nose must be worn inside.
  •   Children who have not been vaccinated or who have not recovered from COVID should not be inside the shul.
  •   Doors and windows should remain open.
  •   Members who are in high risk groups should consider remaining at home until matters improve.
