Several of our members have asked how to find the times for tefilot, in general, even when a weekly e-mail is not sent out. All you have to do is locate the menu at the top of this page (yael.org.il) and click on זמני תפילה. This should work on desktop, tablet, or smartphone.
קידוש בראש השנה: מי שרוצה יוכל להישאר לקידוש בבית הכנסת לאחר קריאת התורה. הכנו יין ומיץ ענבים, עוגות ושתיה חמה וקרה. את הקידושים תורם ר' יונה בנסון, אביה של רבקה זרובניק, "להודות לקהילה על התפילות הרבות והברכות החמות שליוו אותו ועודדו אותו בתקופת האישפוז הממושך מאז החגים של שנה שעברה. ב"ה יונה בנסון וכל המשפחה מאושרים ומברכים על כך שיונה שוב יכול להיות איתנו בבית הכנסת השנה, ומאחלים לכל הקהילה שנה של בריאות, נחת וכתיבה וחתימה טובה."
גם וַעַד בית הכנסת והגבאים מוסיפים ברכה לחברי הקהילה לשנה טובה, בריאות ונחת, שנה שנזכה בה לקבל בברכה את כל הבאים בשערינו.

Rosh HaShanah kiddushes: whoever wants is welcome to stay at shul after Torah reading, for a light kiddush of wine, grape juice, cakes, hot and cold drinks, sponsored by Yona Benson, Rebeca Zerobnick's father, "to thank the community for the many prayers and warm blessings which encouraged him throughout his hospitalization over the past year. ב״ה Yona and his family are well and give thanks that he will be able to join us this year. They wish the entire kehila a year of בריאות, נחת וכתיבה וחתימה טובה.
The gabaim and members of the board also take this opportunity to wish all a good New Year, a year of health and nachat, in which we can warmly welcome all who enter our shul.
This shabbat, Shabbat Shuvah, the lesson between mincha and ma'ariv will be taught by Prof. Pinhas Shifman on the subject of תקנת השבים.
