התפילות תתחדשנה בתוך בניין בית הכנסת
המתפללים מתבקשים להקפיד על נהלים הבאים:
שלא יהיו בבית הכנסת יותר מ-50 מתפללים ומתפללות.
שמירה על מרחק של 2 מטר בין המתפללים.
לשבת רק במקומות המסומנים לישיבה.
כל הדלתות והחלונות צריכים להיות פתוחים בזמן התפילה.
בני משפחה הגרים באותו בית יכולים לשבת יחד.
עטיית מסכות מועילות בכל עת, למעט בעל תפילה ובעל קריאה.
יש להביא סידורים וחומשים מהבית ולא להשתמש בספרים של בית הכנסת.
הקפדה על כללי היגיינה.
על המתפללים לחטא את הידיים באַלקוֹ-גֶ'ל או לשטוף את הידיים עם סבון בחצר לפני כניסתם לבית הכנסת.
יש להימנע מנגיעה וּנשיקה של כלי קודש.
לשעות להוראות "הנאמן קורונה" והגבאים.
הזכויות במקומות הקבועים יישמרו, אבל לא ימומשו באופן זמני עד שיעבור מצב החירום הנוכחי.
לימוד ליל שבועות
בית הכנסת "עמק רפאים" מזמין את הציבור הרחב לחווית לימוד ליל שבועות.
הלימוד יתקיים אי"ה בליל שבועות (28.5) בשלושה מוקדים שונים.
למען בריאות הקהילה, בכל המתחמים נדרשת עטיית מסכות וריחוק חברתי.

At a meeting of our va’ad this week, it was decided to renew davening inside the beit knesset — under conditions listed below.
Zoom minyanim will also continue, with the exception of Erev Shavuot.
Note that, starting May 31, ma’ariv will begin at 8:15pm.

Renewal of Tefillot inside the Beit Knesset
Mitpallelim are asked to adhere strictly to the following guidelines:
Participation is limited to no more than 50 people (men + women total).
A distance of 2 metres between people should be maintained.
Family members who live together may sit together.
Seating is only in marked seats.
All doors and windows must be left open.
Adequate masks must be worn – except for baalei tefillah and baalei kriah.
Strict personal hygiene must be observed.
Hands should be washed with soap or disinfected with Alco-Gel at the entrance to the Beit Knesset.
Siddurim and Chumashim should be brought from home. Those belonging to the shul should not be used.
Sifrei Torah and mezuzot should not be kissed or touched.
Instructions of “Corona trustees” and gabbaim must be respected.
Rights to fixed seats will be preserved but will temporarily be set aside during the current situation.

ביום ראשון יתכנס הוועד כדי לקבוע מדיניות בעניין. לאחר מכן תצא הודעה לחברי הקהילה.
בינתיים ננהג כפי שנהגנו בשבועיים האחרונים עם תפילות בחצר בית הכנסת תוך ריחוק בין המתפללים ועטיית מסכות. התפילות הוירטואליות דרך הזוּם גם ימשיכו.

תפילה וירטואלית חגיגית לכבוד יום ירושלים ה-53
בליל יום ירושלים, אור לכ"ח באייר, (21/5/20) בשעה 20:00 תתקיים תפילת ערבית חגיגית וירטואלית דרך זוּם לכבוד החג, עם מאיר פכלר ושמעון קהן.
התפילות תתקיימנה בחוץ תוך הקפדה על שמירת מרחק של 2 מטרים. על המתפללים לחבוש מסכות. חברים בסיכון מתבקשים להישאר בבית.

New Ministry of Health Guidelines Regarding Batei Knesset:
The Ministry of Health has issued new guidelines regarding the reopening of Batei Knesset.
On Sunday the Va’ad will consider the implementation of the guidelines. An announcement will be made shortly afterwards.
Until any new decision is made, we will continue to hold tefillot as we have in the last few weeks, i.e. outside, maintaining distance and wearing masks. Zoom virtual tefillot will also continue.
We expect to hold an Erev Limmud on Shavuot. Details to be announced next week.
Yom Yerushalayim tonight – Festive Arvit via Zoom
Tonight, Thursday 21 May at 8:00pm, there will be a festive ma’ariv via Zoom in honor of Yom Yerushalayim, led by Meir Fachler and Howie Kahn.
Tefillot will be held outside and limited to 19 people. It is required that we keep a distance of 2 metres between people and that masks be worn. Members at risk are requested to remain home.

Tefillot will be held on Shabbat in the shul courtyard in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Health.

Yom Yerushalayim – Festive Arvit via Zoom
On the eve of Yom Yerushalayim, Thursday 21, May at 8:00 there will be a festive tefillah via our standard Arvit Zoom honor of the holiday.
There will be a Kabbalat Shabbat on Zoom at 6 PM Friday here.

Arvit and end of Shabbat: 8:05pm
We are limited to 19 people and so it is necessary to register in advance here.
