- וועד בית הכנסת החליט לקיים תפילות בחצר בית הכנסת. התפילות יתחילו ביום ראשון ט' באייר 3.5.20. התפילות תתקיימנה לפי ההנחיות של משרד הבריאות.
- מספר המתפללים לא יעלה על תשעה עשׂר (19).
- מי שמתבקש להצטרף לאחד המניינים צריך להירשם מראש בטבלה הנמצאת פה: https://tinyurl.com/y9t2achh.
- יש להירשם לשחרית בימי חול, לקבלת שבת ו/או לשחרית בשבת. אין צורך להירשם מראש למנחה וערבית בימי חול. ניתן להירשם לכמה תפילות מראש שתרצו. אם לא תגיעו לתפילה מסוימת נא למחוק את השם במועד הרלבנטי.
- המתפללים יקפידו על מרחק של 2 מטרים ביניהם.
- המתפללים יחבשו מסכות למעט הש"ץ.
- בחצר בית הכנסת מסומנים 15 מקומות, עוד 4 נוספים יכולים להתפלל מעבר לקיר על המדרכה.
- קריאת התורה תתקיים לפי הנחיות מיוחדות.
- חברים בקבוצות סיכון (גיל 65 ומעלה או סובלים ממחלת כרוניות, ראו פה) מתבקשים שלא להגיע לבית הכנסת.
- חידוש התפילה במתחם בית הכנסת הוא בשׂורה משמחת לקהילה. אולם, התפילות תמשיכנה רק במידה שהחברים יקפידו על הנהלים.
- מנייני הזוּם (Zoom) ימשיכו להתקיים כרגיל (שחרית 7.30, מנחה 13.15, ערבית 20.00).
- המניינים בחצר בית הכנסת יתקיימו כדהלן:
ימי חול
- שחרית בימי חול: 6.30
- מנחה: 15 דקות לפני פלג המנחה, ערבית מיד אחרי מנחה (בשבוע של 3/5/20 מנחה ב-17.45)
שבת
- מנחה ערב שבת: 15 דקות לפני פלג המנחה (שבת פרשת אמר 17.45)
- שחרית: 8.00
- מנחה: 13.15
- ערבית: עם צאת השבת
- The Board of the Beit Knesset has decided to hold tefillot in the courtyard of the shul, beginning Sunday morning, May 3, 2020.
- Tefillot will be conducted in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Health.
- Attendance will be restricted to a maximum of nineteen (19) people.
- If you wish to attend, you must register in advance here: https://tinyurl.com/y9t2achh.
- Registration is not required for weekday minchah and arvit. You can register ahead for as many tefillot as you like. If you will not attend, please delete your name for the relevant day.
- Participants must maintain a distance of 2 meters between each other.
- Participants must wear masks, with the exception of the shaliach tzibbur.
- Torah reading will be conducted according to special instructions.
- There are 15 marked places in the courtyard. 4 more people can stand on the sidewalk on the other side of the wall.
- Those in high risk groups for COVID-19 (65 or older or suffering from prior medical conditions / please refer here) are requested not to attend.
- Restarting tefillah b’tzibbur on the premises of the shul is a source of joy for the community. The continuation of the tefillot will depend entirely on strict adherence to the regulations.
- The Zoom minyanim will continue as before (Shacharit 7:30am. Mincha 1:15pm Arvit 8:00pm).
- Times for Tefillah in the shul courtyard are as follows:
Weekdays
- Shacharit: 6.30
- Mincha: 15 minutes before Plag Haminchah followed immediately by Arvit (week of May 3 at 5:45pm)
Shabbat
- Minchah Erev Shabbat: 15 minutes before Plag Haminchah (Shabbat Parshat Emor 5:45pm)
- Shacharit: 8:00am
- Minchah: 1:15pm
- Arvit: at conclusion of Shabbat
