• לליל הושענא רבה, מחפשׂים חברי קהילה שיציגו את סיפוריהם במיני-הרצאות באנגלית (ראו מטה).
• תזכורת: בהושענא רבה יום א' כ' תשריי יתקיים לימוד בעברית בבית הכנסת, בלימוד 3 שיחות, כל אחת 45 דקות החל מהשעה 21:00. ראו תכנית פה.
• בשבת חול המועד סוכות וּבשמחת תורה יתקיים רק מניין אחד לתפילת שחרית: 8:00.
• שׂמחת תורה: מזל טוב לכלה ולחתנים: כלת התורה – דינה הֶרְבֶּט, חתן תורה – דוד סקלֵיר, חתן בראשית – דניאל להמן, חתן כל הנערים – דוד יַמֶר.
• קריאת התורה של נשים תתקיים בבֹּקר בחצר הפנימית, ״הפרדס״, של בית הכנסת. העליות לתורה תחולקנה בזמן הקריאה. כל המעוניינת לקרוא בתורה ו/או לעזור בארגון ובהכשרת המקום, אנא הירשמי פה.
• בית הכנסת נוהג לפי "תו הירוק". הכניסה מותרת רק למחוסנים ולמחלימים. ילדים שאינם מחוסנים או מחלימים חייבים שיהיו להם תוצאות בדיקה שלילית של 72 שעות לכל היותר לפני הגעתם לבית הכנסת. מסכות בבית הכנסת: חובה לעטות מסכה המכסה את הפה והאף בתוך בית הכנסת.
• הכניסה לבית הכנסת מוגבלת ל-120 בני אדם (אנשים ונשים יחד) שהוא כשני-שליש מהמקומות. אם תראו שבית הכנסת מלא מעבר למספר הזה אנא הישארו בחצר.
• כתמיד, זמנים המעודכנים ביותר נמצאים בעמוד זמני תפילה.

• CALL FOR SPEAKERS (English): Sunday, Sept. 26, Hoshana Rabbah Eve Learning (English). Two years ago on Hoshana Rabbah we had the first mini-TED inspirational talks by community members, in which each person related for about 10 minutes an incident in their lives that was inspiring or life-changing. The stories were varied, amazing and inspiring. We invite you for another set of such talks. If you are interested in presenting please contact Michael Kagan (michael@mikagan.com). There will be time for eight speakers. Due to the COVID epidemic, we will meet outdoors in the ḥatzer of Mimi and Moshe Dickman, 17 Shimshon, starting at 9:00pm.
• Reminder: Sunday, Sept. 26, Hoshana Rabbah Eve Learning (Hebrew) Beit HaKnesset Emek Refaim: three lectures, each 45 minutes beginning at 9:00pm. Details here.
• Shabbat Ḥol Hamoed and Simḥat Torah: ḥag times below: please note there will be only one minyan for Shacharit — at 8:00am.
• Simhat Torah: mazal tov to the Kallat Torah, Dina Herbet, and to the Ḥatanim: Ḥatan Torah – David Sklare; Ḥatan Bereishit – Daniel Lehmann; Ḥatan Kol Hane’arim – David Yammer
• Women’s Kriat Torah: A women's torah reading on Simḥat Torah morning will take place in the shul's inner courtyard – the "Pardes." Aliyot will be distributed at the reading. Those who wish to read and/or to help with arrangements, please sign up here.
• Our Beit Knesset follows “Tav yarok” rules — admission restricted to those fully vaccinated or recovered from COVID. Unvaccinated children, other than those who have recovered from COVID, must test negative within 72 hours before coming to shul. Wearing a mask is required inside the Beit Knesset. The mask must cover both mouth and nose.
• Entry to the Beit Knesset is limited to a total of 120 people which is about two thirds of capacity. If you see that the shul is full to this number please remain in the outer or inner courtyard.
