דצמבר 2015 – עמוד 2 – בית כנסת עמק רפאים

בואו לשמוע מפי רב אהרון לייבוביץ, חבר מועצת העיר ירושלים מטעם סיעת ירושלמים וראש בית מדרש "סולם יעקב" בנחלאות. מה זו השגחה אלטרנטיבית ולמה צריכים אותה? האם זה באמת כשר? (ספוילר– כן, זה באמת כשר).
הפרויקט מפעיל מוֹדֶל כשרות חלופי למסעדות ולבתי עסק. הפרוייקט פועל מכח הקהילה, ומייצג אותה תוך מעורבות מתמשכת ופעילה בבית העסק, ומסייע לבתי העסק להיות ראויים לאמון הקהילה. יש כרגע 3 מסעדות בשכונת בקעה בפרויקט. נשמע גם מנציגים מרבנות ירושלים על מערך הכשרות.
