הקהילה מארגנת ארבעה מניינים. שניים מהם יתקיימו בתוך בניינים, כאשר חלק מהמתפללים ישבו מחוץ לבניין, ועוד שניים יתקיימו כל כולם במקום פתוח. המספר המדויק שיוכלו להתפלל במקום אחד ואלה תנאים יחולו על הושבת המתפללים ייקבע לפי הוראות הממשלה לפי תכנית "הרמזור". יש אילוצים רבים ועל כולנו להיאזר בסבלנות ובהבנה.
מקומות התפילה הם:
- בית הכנסת עצמו ובחצרו.
- בית הרב ובגינת הבית (רחוב מרים החשמונאית 2);
- בגינה של בית משפחת סקליר, רח' מרדכי היהודי 7;
- בחצר של רח' שמשון 1 (פינת דרך בית לחם) – המקום מייעד בראש הראשונה למתפללים הקבועים במניין בדרך חברון בניהיולו של דוד ודלר. המתפללים שם מתבקשים לאשר את מקומם באופן ישיר אצל דוד ודלר 054-977-2767. מתפללים אלה אינם צריכים למלא את הטופס המקוון הרגיל להזמנת מקומות.
בטופס המקוון יש לסמן את האפשרויות לפי סדר עדיפות. הטופס נמצא פה.
נא שׂימו לב:
- לא נוכל להבטיח שתקבלו את העדיפות הראשונה ואפילו לא השנייה.
- בגלל הצורך לשמור ריחוק של 2 מטר בין המתפללים אין זכויות על מקומות קבועים בתקופה הזאת.
- מספר המקומות מוגבל. בבקשה לא להזמין מקום אלא אם בכוונתך להשתמש בו.
- נעשה את הכל לכבד את רצונם של אלה המבקשים להתפלל בחוץ.
- עדיפות תינתן למי שכבר שילם את דמי החבר לשנת תשפ"א. שלמו פה.
- התפילות תהיינה קצרות מהרגיל אבל יש לקחת בחשבון שהות ארוכה למדי במקום התפילה. בכל עת יש להקפיד על עטיית מסכה המכסה את הפּה ואת האף, לחטא ידיים בכניסה, ולשמור על ריחוק.
- קיימת אפשרות שנקדים את שעת התפילה במקומות הפתוחים.

Our community will hold four minyanim over the Yamim Noraim. Two will be held inside, with the possibility of sitting outside. Two will be held entirely outside. The precise number allowed in each location and the conditions that apply will be decided in accordance with the relevant Ministry of Health regulations. There are many constraints and we are all called upon to show patience and understanding.
The locations for the tefillot will be:
- The Beit Haknesset and its courtyard
- The Rav’s home and its garden (Miriam Hahashmonait 2)
- The garden of the Sklare family (Modechai Hayehudi 7)
- The deck outside Shimshon 1 (corner of Derekh Beit Lechem). This site is principally for those who have been regular participants in the Minyan on Derekh Hevron. Those wishing to reserve places should contact Dovid Wadler directly on 054-977-2767. In this case do not submit the online form.
You are asked to indicate your order of preference on the online form here.
Please note the following:
- We cannot promise your first, or even second, choice.
- Because of the need to keep a distance of 2 meters, rights to regular seats will not apply.
- As places are limited please only order seats if it is your intention to attend tefillot over Rosh Hashannah and Yom Kippur.
- Everything possible will be done to respect the wishes of those who want only to have places outdoors.
- Preference will be given to those who have paid their annual dues (here).
- It is planned that tefillot will be shorter than usual. Nevertheless, be prepared to for services that will last some time, during which masks must be worn over the mouth and nose. You are asked to clean hands on entering and to maintain distance from others.
- The starting times of the open-air minyanim may be a little earlier than usual.
