  • מזל טוב לישׂראל ורבקה זרוֹבניק ומשפחתם לרגל הולדת הנכד. הוא מצטרף להורים נפתלי ויעל בר ולאחות הגדולה יובל.
  • קמחא דפיסחא ומעות חיטין תשפ"ב 
  • שעון קיץ מתחיל בין חמישי לשישי. מקדמים את השעון בשעה.
  • ועד בית הכנסת החליט על נהלים חדשים בהקשר לנוכחוּת ילדים בבית הכנסת. ילדים מגיל 5 ומעלה המגיעים לבית הכנסת חייבים להיות או מחוסנים או מחלימים או אחרי בדיקה מהירה ביום שישי עם תוצאה שלילית. ילדים בכל גיל חייבים לעטות מסכה בתוך בית הכנסת. ילדים הנשארים בחצר יכולים להיות בלי מסכה. אנחנו מעריכים את שיתוף הפעולה של הורים וסבים בעניין הזה.

  • Mazal Tov to Rebeca and Steve Zerobnick and their family on the birth of a grandson. The new baby is welcomed by parents Naftali and Yael Bar, and big sister Yuval.
  • Kimcha D'Pischa – Pesach 5782 
  • Summer time begins between Thursday and Friday; we move the clock forward one hour.
  • The va’ad has decided on important new procedures regarding children at shul. We appreciate the cooperation of parents and grandparents in this matter. Children 5 years and older must be vaccinated, or recovered from COVID, or have tested negative on a rapid (antigen) test on Friday. Children of all ages must wear a mask inside the building. Children outside do not need a mask.

קמחא דפיסחא ומעות חיטין תשפ"ב

בשנה הקודמת תרמו חברי הקהילה ₪50,000 לרכישת כרטיסי קניה ברשת רמי לוי שיווק השיקמה לחלוקה לנצרכים בדרום העיר. נבקשכם גם השנה להיחלץ ולתרום ביד רחבה למען עניי עירנו.הסכום מחולק בעיקרו דרך לִשׁכות הרווחה והמקלט לנשים מוכות. כיום יש לקרן הצדקה קשר מתמיד עם הלשכות שבדרום ירושלים: קטמון דרום, ארמון הנציב, גילֹה, חומת שמואל, גונן, בקעהתלפיות. לאחרונה גם נוספה תחנת "שיקום".

כבר בימים אלו מכינות הלשכות את רשימות המשפחות הנזקקות, בדרך כלל מרמות א' ו-ב', לקבלת קִמחא דפִיסחא, בהתאם לסכומים שייתרמו מהמקורות השונים. הכוונה להתחיל לחלקם, החל בראש חודש ניסן, שבועיים לפני החג, כי בשבוע האחרון יוצאות העובדות הסוציאליות לחופשה, שהרי הילדים בבית. לפיכך אנא הקדימו תרומותיכם למען מטרה חשובה זו.

התרומות מתבצעות באמצעות העברה לחשבון קרן צדקה, 659307 בבנק הפועלים סניף 748. ניתן גם לשׂים את התרומה בתיבת הדואר שבכניסה לעזרת הגברים. יש לציין על המעטפה: "קרן הצדקה קמחא דפיסחא". לצערנו אי אפשר לתרום, באופן זמני, באמצעות כרטיס אשראי.

יהי רצון שנסב כולנו עם משפחותינו לסדר כהלכתו וגם הנזקקים יזכו לכך בעזרת תרומותיכם.

Kimcha D'Pischa – Pesach 5782

Last year members of the community donated ₪50,000 for the purchase of vouchers at Rami Levy for distribution to the needy in the South of the city. We ask you again this year to come out and contribute generously for the poor of our city.

The funds are distributed mainly through the welfare offices and the women’s shelter. Today, the fund is in constant contact with the welfare bureaus in southern Jerusalem: Katamon South, Armon Hanatziv, Gilo, Homat Shmuel, Gonen, Baka Talpiot. Recently we added the rehabilitation center for the handicapped.

The bureaus are already preparing the lists of needy families, to receive Kimcha Depischa. We intend to begin distribution from Rosh Chodesh Nissan. 

Please donate to this important cause.

The donations can be made by transfer to the Keren Tzedakah account 659307 at Bank Hapoalim Branch 748, noting that the money is for Kimcha Depischa. You can also put the donation in the mailbox at the entrance to the men's section. Please mark the envelope: "Kimcha Depischa Fund". Unfortunately, because of a temporary problem, it is not possible to donate using a credit card.

May we enjoy the seder with our families and the needy will benefit from your donations.

מתפלל מאוּמת קוֹרוֹנה בבית הכנסת

  • חברנו יוחנן ברויאר נמצא היום (20.3) מאומת כחולה קורונה. התפלל בבית הכנסת בשבת (פרשת צו) במניין הראשון בבוקר. הוא יושב מאחורי הבימה.
  • מחוסנים מעל גיל 60 שהיו בקרבת 2 מטר ממנו במשך יותר מ-15 דקות חייבים לעשות בדיקת PCR. אלה שמחוסנים ומתחת לגיל 60 יכולים להסתפק בבדיקת אנטיג'ן מהירה ביתית. אם הבדיקה שלילית אין חובת בידוד למחוסנים ולמחלימים.

Confirmed Covid Case in Beit Haknesset

  • Our member Yochanan Breuer (20.3) tested positive for Corona. He attended shul for first minyan on Shabbat morning (Parshat Tzav). He sat behind the bimah.
  • Those over 60 who are vaccinated and who were in close contact with him (i.e. within 2 metres for over 15 minutes) must take a PCR test. Those under 60 and who are vaccinated can take a home rapid antigen test. If the test is negative there is no quarantine requirement for those who are vaccinated or recovered.

ארוחות לחיילים בודדים

 

שבוע טוב, שלום וּברכה,

כאן ברברה גולדין. אני מבקשת עזרתכם כדי לספק 2 ארוחות שבת למרכז לחיילים בודדים בארנונה. שבת המיועדת לנו אי״ה היא פרשת שמיני, 25 למרץ 2022.

חיילים הבודדים האמיצים אלה, צעירים כצעירות מהתפוצות, עוזבים את בטיחות וביטחון משפחותיהם ובתיהם כדי להגן על זכותנו לקום כל בֹּקר. אנא תעזרו להראות להם איך אומרים "תודה!"

אם יכולים לבשל, אך קשה להביא את האֹכל למרכז, אנא שלחו דוא"ל ל-shmuelgoldin@gmail.com, ונשׂמח לארגן איסוף. אם יכולים להעביר את האֹכל, אנא תביאו אותו לרחוב בית הערבה באותו יום שישי בבקר. הכתובת והזמן יישלחו כמה ימים מרֹאשׁ.

Hi everyone and Shavua Tov!

Barbara Goldin here again, enlisting your help to provide 2 full Shabbat meals this week, March 25, for the Lone Soldier Center, only 1½ kilometers away in Arnona.

These wonderful young men and women from around the world leave the safety and security of their homes to join our IDF. They put their lives on hold, as we go about our daily lives.

Please sign up on the spreadsheet below. The food should be delivered to Bet Haarava 9 on Friday between 9-12. If you are unable to transport the food, please email me at ShmuelGoldin@gmail.com and I will happily pick up your food.
If you need it, a volunteer can come ourside to pick up the food from your car.
