שינויים בזמני תפילה לאור מצב החירום

לאור החלטת הממשלה לאסור התכנסויות של מעל 100 איש ועד בית הכנסת קיבל את ההחלטות הבאות לגבי התפילות בשבתות שיהיו בתוקף עד הודעה חדשה.

ליל שבת

יתקיימו שני מניינים בליל שבת ובבוקר של שבת החל משבת הקרובה פרשת כי תשא.

מנחה מניין ראשון בשעה         16.15

מנחה מניין שני בשעה            17.35

שבת בבוקר

שחרית מניין ראשון               6.30

שחרית מניין שני                  8.30

שיעור בדף יומי                    8.30 

בשבת החברים מתבקשים לשקול את האפשרות להגיע ב-13.15 למנחה גדולה כדי למנוע צפיפות במנחה קטנה.

הועד מעודד קיומם של מניינים שכונתיים בבתים של חברים בליל שבת.

בכל מקרה שכבר נכנסו 100 מתפללים ומתפללות הוועד ביקש מהגבאים לא לאפשר כניסת אנשים נוספים לבית הכנסת. 

יש להשתדל להשאיר מקום פנוי בין כל מתפלל ומתפלל ובין כל מתפללת ומתפללת.

כל חברי הקהילה ואורחים מתבקשים להקפיד על אמצעי זהירות בתקופה של סכנת התפשטות מחלה

  • בכל הקשור לאמצעי זהירות מפני הידבקות בוִירוס הקורונה יש לנהוג לפי הוראות משרד הבריאות המתפרסמות בכלי התקשורת. ידוע לכל שהמצב דינמי וייתכנו הנחיות חדשות בכל עת.
  • הממשלה הורתה על איסור לקיים התקהלות של מעל 100 איש. הועד והגבאים לא יאפשרו כניסה מעל מספר זה.
  • יתקיימו מניינים נוספים בשבתות וחגים כדי להימנע מצפיפות וכדי שמספר המתפללים לא יעלה על 100 איש.
  • אסור לכל מי שחזר מחו"ל מכל יעד אחרי השעה 20.00 ב-9 במרץ  לבוא לבית הכנסת עד תום תקופת בידוד של 14 יום.
  • מי שבא מיעדים לגביהם משרד הבריאות הורה על בידוד עוד לפני ה9 במרץ חייב להיות בבידוד ל-14 ימים מיום הגעתם ארצה. אסור להגיע לבית הכנסת עד תום תקופת הבידוד.
  • באי בית הכנסת מתבקשים להקפיד על היגיינה אישית. מומלץ לשטוף את הידיים היטב עם סבון לפני בואכם לבית הכנסת.
  • חברי בית הכנסת שהם בקבוצות סיכון מתבקשים לקבל ייעוץ רפואי ולשקול שלא להגיע לבית הכנסת במיוחד כאשר צפויה צפיפות גדולה כגון בלילי שבת. הדבר נוגע במיוחד לקשישים ולכל מי שסובל מבעיות במערכת החיסון ובמערכת הנשימה.
  • יש להימנע מלחיצת ידיים וכל מגע פיזי אחר.יש להימנע מנשיקת תשמישי קדושה: ספרי תורה, מזוזות ועוד.
  • חברים שחשים לא בטוב, גם אם מדובר רק בהצטננות, מתבקשים לא להגיע לבית הכנסת. שיעולים והִתעַטְשׁוּת גורמים לחרדות מיותרות.
  • לא נקיים קידושים בתקופה זו.
  • החברים מתבקשים לא להתקהל בחצר בית הכנסת בסוף התפילה.
  • מי שחש חרדה מפני הידבקות כדאי לא להגיע לבית הכנסת.
  • מדיניות ועד בית הכנסת היא לשמור בקפדנות על הוראות משרד הבריאות.
  • הרב וילק הוציא הנחיות הלכתיות בנושא. אפשר לפנות אליו עם שאלות. מעל הכול על החברים לא לסכן את עצמם או אחרים.
  • חודש אדר וניסן הם חודשים של שמחה וחג. חשוב לא להיכנע לפחדים וחרדות. שמחת החיים חשובה לבריאות. עברנו את המן ואת פרעה, נעבור גם את זה.

Changes in tefillah times due of the present health emergency

The government has prohibited gatherings of more than 100 people. The Va’ad has decided on changes in times of tefillah on Shabbat that will remain in force until further notice.

Friday evenings

There will be two minyanim. The times for this coming Shabbat (Ki Tisa):

First minyan            16.15

Second minyan       17.35

Shabbat morning

First minyan            6.30

Second minyan       8.30

Daf Yomi                  8.30

Members are encouraged to consider attending minchah gedolah at 1:15 PM.

The Va’ad encourages the formation of neighborhood minyanim in private homes on Friday evenings.

In all cases the Va’ad and gabbaim will prevent the entry of more than 100 people.

Please try to leave an empty seat between you and the next person.

All members and guests are expected to observe the following precautions regarding the spread of illness related to the Corona Virus:

  • Members and guests are asked to conform to the instruction of the Ministry of Health with respect to the spread of the Corona Virus as published in the various media. The situation is dynamic and new instructions can be expected.
  • The government has prohibited gatherings of more than 100 people. The Va’ad and Gabbaim will act to prevent the entry of more than this number.
  • There will be additional minyanim on Shabbatot and chagim to avoid crowding and the presence of more than 100 people.
  • Anyone who arrived in Israel from any  country after 8:00 PM on March 9 is forbidden to come to the Beit Knesset for 14 days following their arrival. This is also the rule for those who arrived earlier than this date from a country regarding which the Ministry of Health issued a previous warning.
  • Those coming to the Beit Knesset are asked to be particular about personal hygiene. It is recommended that you wash your hands thoroughly with soap before coming to the Beit Knesset.
  • Please refrain from shaking hands and other physical contact. Refrain from kissing sifrei torah, mezuzot, etc.
  • If you feel at all unwell, even with an ordinary cold, please do not come to the Beit Knesset. Coughing and sneezing give rise to unnecessary anxiety.
  • Members who are in high risk categories should seek medical advice. It may be wise to avoid coming to the Beit Knesset when it is particularly crowded, e.g. on Friday nights. This applies particularly to the elderly and anyone suffering from problems with their immune system or respiratory system.
  • We will not hold kiddushim until further notice.
  • Please do not gather in the courtyard at the end of services.
  • Anyone who feels particularly anxious about infection is advised not to come to the Beit Knesset.
  • Rabbi Vilk has issued halakhic guidelines. He is available to answer questions. Above all we should refrain from endangering ourselves and others.
  • The policy of the va’ad is to adhere strictly to the instructions of the Ministry of Health.
  • Adar and Nisan are months of rejoicing and festivities. We should not give into fears and anxieties. A positive state of mind is also good for our health. We survived Haman and Pharaoh – we will  also survive this.

קריאה שנייה של מגילת אסתר בליל פורים

קריאה שנייה של המגילה בליל פורים בשעה 20.00

לפי הנחיות משרד הבריאות חל איסור על כל אדם שהגיע או חוזר לישראל מכל יעד בחו"ל להשתתף במשך שבועיים באירוע שנוכחים בו מעל 100 איש. על כן חל איסור על מתפללים בקטגוריה זו להגיע לבית הכנסת שלנו לתפילות בשבתות וחגים כולל לקריאת המגילה בליל פורים.

תתקיים קריאת מגילה נוספת בשעה 20.00 עבור כל מי חל עליו איסור להגיע לקריאה הראשונה ועבור מי שמעדיף לא להיות בבית הכנסת כאשר הוא צפוף. זה יעזור לנו להתארגן אם תודיעו ל info@yael.org.il אם ברצונכם לשמוע את המגילה בשעה 20.00.

אנחנו מניחים שבבוקר, בשני המניינים ובקריאת הנשים, ישתתפו פחות מ100 איש. במידה שהשבים מחו"ל רואים שהמניינים מגיעים למספר הזה עליהם לעזוב את בית הכנסת.

יש להדגיש שעל מי הגיע ארצה מאחת המדינות לגביהן משרד הבריאות הורה על בידוד, אסור בתכלית להגיע לבית הכנסת בכל משך תקופת הבידוד בכל מצב שהוא.

Second Reading or the Megillah on the evening of Purim at 20.00

According to the instructions of the Ministry of Health ALL international travelers from ALL destinations arriving in the last 14 days are to avoid attending any gatherings of more than 100 people. This means that those arriving in Israel from overseas are asked not to come to the Beit Haknesset for 14 days from the date of their arrival in the country on Shabbatot and Chagim including for the reading of the Megillah on the evening of Purim.

There will be a second reading of the Megillah at 20.00 on the evening of Purim for those in the above category and for anyone else who prefers not to be in the Beit Haknesset when it is crowded. It will help us organize if you let us know by writing to info@yael.org.il if you wish to attend the second reading on the evening of Purim.

We assume that in the two morning minyanim and the women’s Megillah reading there will be less than 100 participants. If, however, you are in the relevant category and you see that there are more than 100 people present, you are asked to leave the Beit Knesset.

It is emphasized that people arriving from destinations regarding which the Ministry of Health has ordered a 14 day quarantine should not come to the Beit Knesset in any circumstances during the quarantine period.
