פרשת בשלח – שבת שירה

  • אסיפה כללית מיוחדת של העמותה. במוצאי שבת בשלח, י״ג שבט, 4 בפברואר תתקיים מיד אחרי ערבית אסיפה קצרה מיוחדת לבחירת 

 ועד חדש לבית הכנסת. המועמדים:

  • לאור המצב הביטחוני מתפללים שיש בידיהם כלי נשק ברישיון והמיומנים בשימושם מתבקשים להגיע חמושים ל יביאו אותם עמהם בבואם לתפילות.
  • אנחנו חוזרים שוב על הבקשה לחברים הסובלים מתסמינים של קורונה (שיעול, חום וכו׳) – גם אם טרם נמצאו חיוביים לוירוס – לשקול לא להגיע לבית הכנסת.
  • קורונה – דלתות פתוחות: הקורונה עדיין אתנו. מתוך דאגה לבריאות הציבור גם בימים קרים כאלו יש להקפיד להשאיר את הדלתות פתוחות.
  • שיעורי הרב וילק לא יתקיימו השבת.

  • Special General Meeting. Immediately after arvit following Shabbat Beshalach, February 4, there will be a short special general meeting of the Amuta of the Beit Knesset to elect a new va’ad. The candidates are:

  •  Lila Korn

  • Tu B’Shvat – On Monday, a light refreshment of fruit will be served following both Shacharit minyanim.

  • In light of the current security situation, those licensed to carry weapons and skilled in their use are requested to come armed to the Beit Knesset.
  • As we seem to be entering another wave of COVID-19, we ask that anyone with symptoms (cough, fever etc.) consider not attending Beit Knesset, even if the individual has not yet tested positive.
  • Corona – Open Doors Policy: COVID-19 is still with us. There will be days when we feel the cold, yet doors must remain open.
  • Rav Vilk’s shiurim will not take place this Shabbat.

  • Esther and Moshe Haba invite the community to a kiddush following the second minyan to mark the yahrzeit of Moshe’s mother, Saidah Bat Hatoun ז״ל.
  • On Shabbat Mevorchim Shevat (Parshat Va’era), members who have turned 80 during Corona years will be honored with a kiddush.
  • As we seem to be entering another wave of Covid 19, we ask that anyone with symptoms (cough, fever etc.) consider not attending Beit Knesset, even if the individual has not yet tested positive.

  • בשבת, לאחר מניין הראשון, פאביה וסטפן שאו מזמינים את הקהילה לקידוש לכבוד יום הולדתו של סטפן.

  • הרב וילק יתן שיעור בדף יומי ב-06:30 ויתקיים שיעור על ידו אחרי מנחה בשבת.
  • בשבת מברכים של חודש שבט (פרשת וארא) נכבד בקידוש את החברים והחברות שהגיעו ל 80 בשנתיים של קורונה. הוועד יצר קשר עם החברים והחברות לפי הרשימות הקיימות. אם לא יצרנו קשר עם מישהו או מישהי שהגיעו לגבורות בשנתיים האחרונות, בבקשה ליצור קשר עם מיכאל גיליס.

חברים שטרם שילמו דמי חבר לשנת תשפ״ג מתבקשים לשלם בהקדם. ניתן לשלם בכרטיס אשראי דרך האתר. הסכום הכולל לשנה זו הוא 1000 ש״ח למשפחה ו-500 ש״ח ליחיד.

Corona is still with us. Following professional consultation the va’ad has decided that during tefillot the doors must remain open. The winter months are approaching and there will be days when we will feel the cold. Because of health concerns the doors should be kept open on cold days.

  • Reminder: Membership Fees 5783

Members who have not yet paid their annual fees are reminded to do so. Payments can be made through the website. The total sum due is 1000 NIS for a family and 500 NIS for an individual.

  • The Annual General Meeting of the Amuta of the Beit Knesset will now take place on Motzei Shabbat ‘Chayei Sarah’ – 25th Cheshvan/November 19 – at 7:30pm. Anyone interested in being a candidate or nominating one for the va’ad please contact Michael Gillis. See 2021 Financial Report here.
