  • סליחות במשך השבוע בשעה 5:30 ו-7:25.
  • מזל טוב לחברינו נעה וארי גורלין לנישואי בתם עינב לגדעון בנם של דניאלה ודניאל שרייבר .
  • מאחלים רפואה שלמה ליונתן מֶדוֶוד המחלים בביתו לאחר אִשְפּוּז לפני חודש. מאחלים לו שנה של בריאות, אושר ויום הולדת שׂמח 70 שיחול בשבוע הבא ושנה טובה.
  • חידוש חברות בקהילה והזמנת מקומות לימים הנוראים פה.

  • Selichot: First night, Motzaei Shabbat Parashat Ki Tavoh,  at 11:00 p.m led by Sandy Shapiro.During the week, selichot  at 5:30 and 7:25.
  • Mazal tov to No'a and Ari Gorlin on the upcoming marriage of their daughter Einav to Gidon Schreiber the son of Daniela and Daniel Schreiber also of Baka
  • Wishing a refuah shlema to Jon Medved, who is recovering at home after his recent hospitalization. Best wishes for a happy and healthy 70th birthday, which he’s celebrating next week and shanah tovah.
  • Please renew your membership and reserve your High Holiday seats here. Please note that Sunday, September 14th is the FINAL date for ordering High Holiday seats.  Go to the link to renew your membership and order your seats.  If for some reason you’re going to be away for either day of Rosh Hashanah or on Yom  Kippur,  make sure to include this information on the form or let us know by writing to mekomot.yael@gmail.com.

תרומות לקראת ימים הנוראים

במקביל לתרומות קמחא דפסחא, נוהגות לשכות הרווחה לחלק תלושי אוכל לקראת החגים. עפ"י רוב מוענקות למשפחות הנזקקות ₪200 – ₪300 ע"י העובדים הסוציאליים לצורך החגים הבעל"ט. אעפ"י שאין אלה סכומים גבוהים, יש בהם כדי לסייע במקצת למשפחות. המשפחות מחכות בכיליון עיניים למענקים אלה.הלשכות תלויות בתרומות של אנשי חסד וצדקה מאחר ואין להם את הסכומים הללו מהעירייה וממשרד הרווחה. נודה לכם על תרומתכם ביד רחבה ובכך לאפשר מתן מענקים למשפחות הנזקקות, ולהדליק אור בבתיהם.

העברת התרומות דרך קרן הצדקה. התורמים יבורכו מן השמים. שנה טובה ומבורכת!

Holiday Tzedakah

As in the case of Kimcha Depischa for Pesach, city welfare bureaus distribute food coupons for the High Holidays to families in need. The social workers usually give each family ₪200 – ₪300. Although this may not seem a substantial amount, it helps the families, and they eagerly await these grants.

The bureaus are dependent on these donations from tzedakah.

Please donate generously to our Keren Tzedakah and to help these families usher in a healthy, happy New Year.
